- The MCC shall be the voice of the Institute and a vital link between the membership of the Institute, industry segments and the global ADR forums. The GC empowers the MCC to be the contact centre for disseminating all updates, news and programs of the Institute to the target recipients in timely and cost effective manner. The role of the MCC is to develop policies, regulations, rules, standard operating procedures and guidelines as necessary to manage the marketing activities of the Institute in coordination with the Secretariat, MDC, DRAC, PDEC, EDMC and as directed by the GC.
Vacancies to be filled!
The Committee Members of the MCC shall comprise of the following members as a minimum requirement:
a) 1 CM to be from the relevant fields of ADR and qualified in common law or civil law or Islamic legal services;
b) 1 CM each from educational institutions with some experience in teaching laws of adjudication, mediation, arbitration and expert determination;
c) 5 CMs from commercial business, marketing and events management background; and
d) Rest of the CMs shall be other volunteer members of the Institute.
