Datuk Prof Sundra Rajoo is a Certified International ADR Practitioner (AIADR) and a Chartered Arbitrator. Not only that, being the former Director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), he has played an active role in transforming AIAC into a sought-after arbitration centre in the Asian region. With his experiences and wisdoms we are sure his insights will help to shed some light on the recent difficulties faced in the construction industry.
