Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) is the procedure for settling disputes without litigation, such as arbitration, conciliation, mediation, negotiation and Lok Adalat. ADR procedures are usually less costly, expeditious and reduce the burden of courts. The International Conference aims at disseminating knowledge on conceptions and developments in the contemporary Arbitration regime. Present-day issues such as third-party funding, emergency arbitration, hybrid dispute resolution, interim relief and tribunal secretaries in international Arbitration shall be discussed in this conference.
